Matthew Lipchitz brings more than 27 years of experience in operations, logistics, business systems, and operational improvement.
Throughout his career, he has worked across complex, multi-location operations, supporting enterprise technology implementations, process standardization, organizational change, and initiatives delivering more than $10 million in annual cost savings.
His experience includes working across networks of more than 90 facilities and collaborating with Operations, IT, Finance, Engineering, and executive leadership.
Matthew is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holds a Supply Chain Logistics Certificate from Rutgers University.
He founded Realistic AI because he believes technology should solve real operational problems, not create additional complexity.
His approach combines decades of operational experience with practical applications of AI and automation to help organizations work more efficiently.
